Our Mission Statement

Kilmacowen Community Pre-school and Playgroup is an exciting place where children can explore the rich possibilities of childhood. We have a genuine vision for early childhood education and we are constantly researching and experimenting with new ideas to ensure best quality practice within our setting. We believe in developing our children's strengths and coping skills which will help them to flourish and succeed in life. We would like all children to feel included and content. We value this time in a child's life and we are happy to provide this space for them.

Our vision is to be dedicated to our children and families, to be able to inspire, create and explore our children's world through their eyes and for them to discover and find their place amongst it. We are dedicated to creating irresistible play-based learning environments for young children and we thrive in seeing all children as competent, responsible, resourceful and capable learners.
